Summer of 2016, the Hussar Municipal Library was required to move out of their physical space in the Hussar School due to the closure of the school. When an alternate space couldn't be found, the Village of Hussar Library Board and Marigold Library System provided an alternate means of library service by installing Remote Lockers in the Chinook Financial lobby. Remote Lockers allow Hussar library patrons to place holds on library materials and have them delivered to the lockers for pick up.
Residents of Hussar may visit any Marigold member library for complete library services, as well as take advantage of Alberta-wide borrowing through the free ME Libraries service.
